Resolved Screen Highlighter software

    Dears;

    During a presentation or using Skype, some time I need to highlight or point out some items for which I am looking for a software. Does anyone know about such software with which I could be able to pick a highlighter or pointer and point out what i want?

    But during a saminar, i saw that the presenter, during presentation, he pick a "Chalk board" type a thing from bottom right corner of PC and then freely mark on screen whatever the item opened. I am looking this software.
