    I have attemted to schedule a task in Windows XP using their scheduler. I you the set up they have a set a password. I then complete it and it says the task may not run due to error "0X8007005 Acees is Denied ". Any idea what I am missing. I was trying to scedule Ad-aware to run

    You must be logged in with administrative rights to set up a scheduled task as a different user - otherwise you will receive the message you posted.

    For more possible solutions make an Advanced search of the XP forum for Task Scheduler, selecting 'Search titles only' from the drop down list beneath the Key Words box.
