Scanreg now missing

For some unknown reason, my computer screen went black, came back up blue, and gave the message, "your system has just recovered from a serious crash" Okay, fine, everything seems to be working okay. I immediately ran my antivirus, which is online and running in the background anyway, and it said no infection was found. As an additional precaution, I attempted to run scanreg to make sure my registry wasn't corrupted and the system tells me that windows cannot find scanreg. Can someone tell me how to get it back? Thanks.

 

There is no scanreg in XP.

System Restore backs up the registry, but if you would like to back it up and restore it manually, this app is very handy:
