If I wanted to SAVE all of the folders in my mail program, exactly where do I go and which folders, using Windows Explorer do I save?

With both Firefox and Netscape installed I get a little confused. It seems some items are under Programs\Mozilla and some are in My Documents and Settings folder.

In case (did happen once) of a crash I want to be able to drop that saved folder back into the correct spot so as not to lose EVERYTHING.

    Thanks.

It may not be so simple as dropping a folder in case of a crash, but it is good to back up your files.
It can get pretty confusing, but each program has has vital components in two to three places. You have the program which is Program Files, and the Profile, which contains your personal info, such as bookmarks, and where appropriate, mail and address book files. Profiles are located in an entirely different place as the basic program. I am assuming that you have WinXP, so the Documents and Settings folder is the place for all Profiles.
Program Files|mozilla.org is the location of the Mozilla program, while NS8 is in the Program Files|Netscape folder.
So it depends on what you have, and make sure that you have the correct paths. I, periodically, save the entire Mail folder ( I have six active accounts), but you could get away with saving the Inbox and Sent files. You should export the address book(s) as .ldif files, which are easily imported, and of course the bookmarks.html file. As for password file, I don't know, as they are changing the format.
