saving jpeg problem

anybody who can help me to figure out why i cannot save jpeg files from website ...im using netscape browser and the download manager window didnt appear during saving the file...i used to save jpeg files before but i dont know why all of a sudden this problem occurs.
Furthermore i asked my friend to send me a picture of her using yahoo file transfer..i can preview the pictures but if i have to save it i cannot save it just like the above problem...i tried to search the file name but it seems that it didnnt save at all.

Please help me if u have any idea and it will be much appreciated..

Hi randyr,

There are quite a few reasons that you can't download the jpeg files. Is it only one web site, or are you unable to download from any site? Is it only jpeg files, or are you unable to download any files?

Take a look at this page, and try the workarounds: Unable to Download. If none of the workarounds help, let us know.
