    Hi,
I'm not sure if I can even post a question for Facebook but I will give it a try.

My husband is in a nursing home and one of his aides took a video of him singing at a performance for the Birthday people of November. She shared it with me and I have not been able to save it so I can send the video to our children.

I also tried to share it from my facebook page but no one seems to be able to view it.

I'm not sure if you will be able to open the following link but the aide sent me this link hoping I will be able to save it.

    https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=10152557346923100

Any help you can give me would be most appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Jeanne

The link gives me an error:

I am usually able to grab videos from Facebook using Firefox and the Video DownloadHelper addon. If you use Firefox, you might give it a try.

    Hi Antik,
I am so frustrated right now that I may have to give up. I did go to the Video Download Helper Addon for Firefox and once I was able to download it and now I can't find it but it did not have any sound.

It then said that I need to get a code and it would cost 23.00 or more. I don't want to pay for one video.

I don't know if you can get this aide's Facebook page but here is where it is in her "Janneth Perez's Videos (https://www.facebook.com/mayitape/media_set?set=vb.727178099&type=2)

In the meantime I'll keep looking for the file that was downloaded earlier.

    Thanks.

    Jean

Well, I don't know how I really downloaded and converted it but I was looking in my download folder and found it.

I don't know if you will be able to see it: http://tinyurl.com/kvc3n58

I will try to close this posting after you see this.

    Thank you so much.

Thanks to you all. I have been trying to get this to my computer for several weeks and thanks for the good work, it only took about an hour.
