    JetstreamJim--
    1) If you mean how to save the URL address for a page that you are viewing and want to put that URL into your Favorites folder, near the top left of the screen you should see a yellow star and next to it another icon of a green + superimposed on a yellow star. Click on the latter icon, then "Add to Favorites ". Follow directions. Or right click on a blank spot on the page and "Add to Favorites ".
    2) If you mean how do you save the page itself to your hard drive, click File>Save As. On the "Save as Type" line I suggest you click the little arrow and choose Web Archive (single file .mht), since everything is saved in one file. That is easier for emailing and moving the file around. However, if you prefer, you can choose the default WebArchive (complete .html). The place you save the page is up to you. The same "Save Webpage" window will allow you to choose just about anywhere on your hard drive. Click the little arrow on the "Save In" line.

Do you miss the Menu Bar like it was in OE6 with File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools and Help? Just right click on a blank space on the top tool bar and click on Menu Bar and you will have it like it was in OE 6.
