Using MS Office Professional 2010, is it possible to save in multiple locations with one click on Save, rather than clicking on Save As multiple times?

It can be done with a macro. I haven't messed with macros in a long time so I'm not going to be any help in setting one up but a Google search for "save in multiple locations" will give you plenty of resources.

Also look in Word's Help for "Visual Basic Editor" for more information.
