    *Save E-mails as .eml * (XPP/ OE6)

    Hi, All ~

I regularly archive my '.dbx' files collectively and know that you may save e-mail messages as '.eml' files individually, but I would like to know if there is a means to save all or a group or a series of e-mail messages at one time as '.eml' files rather than doing it one-at-a-time?

Sure there is. Open windows explorer to the folder you want them in, highlight the ones you want to save and drag them into the folder in windows explorer. You probably know this but I'll mention it anyway, if you want to copy all of them, highlight the first one in the list, hold down the shift key and click on the last one in the list. To select some of the files in OE instead of all, hold down the ctrl key while clicking on the files.

    OMG.

That was such an easy method...every other method I tried was unavailable. I never even considered dragging them!

    Thanks, Zand!
