Since the new update, Sandboxie no longer works. I get these messages:
It says SBIE2331 Service start failed: [22 / 5] Access is denied.
The Sandboxie driver (SbieDrv) is not available to sandbox programs. Make sure both the driver and Sandboxie service (SbieSvc) have started successfully.

I understand Sandboxie is no longer being maintained or updated. If this problem can be solved, please let me know. If not, which sandbox program do you recommend?

That's a Microsoft feature, whereas Sandboxie is private. I'm just reluctant to provide Microsoft with more data to harvest. If I knew this Microsoft feature was secure, even from Microsoft, I might consider it. Sandboxie has worked fine for me for years until this latest large Win 10 update.

Someone suggested this, but I can't get it to work, either:
put {path_to_installation*}\sbiedrv.sys as exception into windows defender settings
(this do not apply to build 5.33.6 - latest from sophos)

    *regular here: C:\Program Files\Sandboxie\SbieDrv.sys

As I don't use any sandboxes this looks like it might be your answer to Sandboxie. Your choice. ;)

Apparently, there was one more update before Sandboxie went open source. At this point, there are two options.
5.33.6 is from Sophos who owned Sbie before it went open source. The Sbie driver is signed.
5.43.5 is an open source fork build from dev DavidXanatos on Github
    https://community.sophos.com/sandbo...ndboxie-5-33-6-release-and-open-source-update
    https://free-mag.blogspot.com/2020/03/Sandboxie.html

5.33.6 works for me. I'd rather stick with what I'm familiar with rather than switch programs unnecessarily.
