Running spydoctor found [VX2look2me]

Hello, I was running the free version of spydoctor the other day and seen it picked up VX2look2me and it was high rated so I just had it removed, I dont run a scan everyday so Im not sure how long it was on there, but my computer never acted up or anything that I reconized, plus im new to all this but it said under the description it was possably a keylogger or browser hijacker or something like that, it was sunday night when I found it on the scan and removed it, I recently bought spysweeper from webroot and it has not showed up on any of its scans, but I have been a nervous wreck because last friday I did turbo tax software and I have been on e-bay and pay-pal and I was worried this thing may have been on my computer when I was doing all this stuff, any info on this type of thing? I also run the free version of zone alarm, yahoo sbc virus, anti spy, and pop up blocker, windows service pack 1, do I need to worry? any imput will help and I appreciat it, sorry for the long description but I am new to the computer, thanks alot.
