   I would like to know if it is possible to do either of the following.
   
   1. Start programs before someone logs in instead of after.
   2. Change the logon screen saver.

   1. Use Win2k's task scheduler to run a task "When my computer starts" or AutoexNT or run as a service using FireDaemon or srvany
