Hi, (this is my first post here). For a few months now, every time I log on to windows, and the desktop has loaded up, I get an error message titled :

    "RUNDLL "...and...
    "Error Loading C:\Program files\WildTangent\Apps\CDA\cdaEngine0400.dll
"The specified module could not be found ".

I get this message on ALL the user files in windows xp, and have no idea how it could be solved, and whether it is serious. I've found a "CDACache" folder for each of the users (the folders were originally hidden), but there aren't any "cdaengine0400.dll" files, just a few "CDACache[insert number]" files.

any help on getting rid of this error would be much appreciated.
    thanks alot, Chris.

Wild Tangent is software required to play some online games. It's generally considered spyware but if you play games requiring Wild Tangent, you will have to have it.

It's obviously having a problem now, though, so go to Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs, click on the entry for Wild Tangent and then on the Remove button to uninstall it.

The next time somebody wants to play a Wild Tangent game, it will reinstall and, hopefully, won't have problems with the new install.
