Rundll error system restore

    I get this error whenever I try to open System Restore:

    Rundll error

    An exception occurred while trying to run:
    “C:\WINDOWS\system32\shell32.dll, Control_RunDLL "C:\WINDOWS\system32\sysdm.cplâ€,Systemâ€

    Any ideas how to repair?
