Inactive RunDLL "AppData\LocalLow\ega554F.tmp

Hi there, my computer noted that it found malware and removed it, although it won't show me what the malware was. Now I keep getting the following window:

RunDll
There was a problem starting
C:\Users\soschman\AppData\LocalLow\ega554F.tmp
The specified module could not be found

Any suggestions on what program or file is looking for this and how to get rid of this popup? Is there a piece of the malware still hidden on my computer?
