Run Time Error 340 Occurs When Installing

    Recently decided to install a small download software called ScreenPrint 32.
    It installs satisfactorily and configuring its use is not a problem. Following configuration a message indicates that the software is ready to use.

    In attempting to use it a window appears that states Run Time Error 340 Layer 1 doesn't exist

    I previously installed this software on a relative's computer and it works brilliantly. The OS of both computers is identical:- Win XP Home Ed/Intel P4 3GB with HT/1GB RAM.

    I do not know what a 'Run Time Error' is nor what the layer 1 refers to.

    I would appreciate some assistance in remedying this problem, if possible.

    The error is probably specific to the program. Need to look on the site where you got the program from/or the makers site support section.
