RSRC32.dll Help

    I installed TClockEx, it came back with message RSRC32.DLL not found, it is in my system and windows folders. Any one know why the clocl gives me this message?

    I wonder if you went to Add/remove and uninstalled resource meter....... rebooted...then tried to re-install it, if it would work?
