Okay. I looked over the previous threads and did a search, but nothing came up that applied.

This village idiot installed a CD RW Drive.

System NT recognizes it. Used to install Roxio.

So, why does the program not locate drive?

Can one force the software or whatever to find and use drive?

    Thanks. :(

If you are putting in a new CD-RW and are using a older version of Roxio you should check if there are any updates. You could also check the Roxio site to see if your drive works with the version of software you have.
