I have myself in a "JAM." I have a Dell, went there for updates and there was a Roxio upgrade for my system. Not paying enough attention, I downloaded the update. My mistake was not reading all the information with enough attention. I downloaded the Thai version!!!!! It installed perfectly. Restarted and opened it and can't read a word.

Uninstalled the entire program, used Jv16 REG Edit and scanned the registry, deleted what it found, went to Restore and moved it back to a time before I goofed.

Now each time I reinstall from the disk it stil ends up in Thai.I never get to the update. The inital time I found it in Thai I tried the update hoping. No luck. Still in Thai.

Something I'm not finding needs to be removed but I don't know what. I need advice and help please.

    Mudd,

Not sure what version you have, but here is a link to try. If you don't have Easy CD Creator 4 or 5, post back with your program and version number. The link above will give you Roxio's removal tool. Hope that helps.

Version before the undate is 5.3.5 Starter Version. Dell has an upgrade to 5.3.5.17 which is supposed to solve my problem.

I have the program on the Link. Thanks for that. I'm going to give it a try now. Will post back the results.
