I have just installed the BEFSR41 v2 to connect 3 computers running XP pro.
The question is: each computer is acessing the net independently to each other. But to access files on the other 2, I must have the Internet Connection Shared enabled or not? This was necessary when I had a hub but now I don't know if I have to. Comments?

You do not need ICS. In fact, you actively do not want ICS at this point.

    You do need:
    - all PCs in the same workgroup
    - DHCP assigned addresses (from the router/switch) or else make sure the ones you use can play together. Easier to let the linksys device do it.
    - to be logged on to each PC.
    - each logon (including password) must be on each PC. You can use the same logon for all but if they are different, the accounts MUST be on the other PCs as users.
    - stuff shared
