   my boss would like me to restrict internet access on out network
   we are running a 2003 domain with the dc using forwardinf for external sites
   is there a free or inexpensive solution?
   
   my thoughts are a proxy server, but im not sure if theres another method that will integrate with the domain and forwarding better?
