While recently installing a CD Burner in Windows 95, I accidently deleted a portion (or possibly all) of Netscape that is necessary for running an ancestory program (Sierra). I am unable to run the program with Netscape.exe deleted. How can I reinstall this portion of Netscape without possibly destroying the Sierra file???

It seems that a reinstall of Netscape is required. Was your version of Netscape installed with Sierra, or did you install it separately? If separately, you should install the same version if possible. If installed as part of the Sierra program, a reinstall of Sierra may solve the whole problem.

Unfortunately, no guarantees, and backups are recommended before doing anything.

    :)

    Restoring Netscape

Netscape restored by reinstalling Sierra. Files were not lost. Many, many thanks. Donnie33
