    To All,

My Windows XP won't restart when you click on the restart button and it just shuts down. I ran a repair with the CD and it didn't fix the problem. I did try to find the problem in the msconfig option and when I disabled all the start up options the computer restarted when I clicked on the restart button.

I don't know where or how to proceed from this point to isolate the sticking point of my problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
