I am using MS Works 2000 ver 5.0 & Windows XP Home. Once I have created a Works document on an 8 1/2 x 11 page set-up, is there any way I can resize it to print out to a smaller size. With pictures I just take the file into Photoshop LE and resize it. But Photoshop does not open any of the available Works file formats. Is there a way to do it within the Works program? Cliff

    Cliff,

Try Page Set up > Source, Size ...... > Paper Size - custom and define a smaller size than letter.

This may have the effect of spreading the text over 2 or more pages - if so reduce the font size until it fits your new paper size.

Although I have and use Works I rarely print from it as I use Word for all docs and A4 paper, so have no idea if this will work - but it should :)
