I'm trying to help a friend with a nagging problem. They have a new desktop with Windows Vista Home Premium and MS Office Small Business 2003 installed. When they open Outlook to get their email, they are presented with the EULA every time and have to click on accept to before they can start using Outlook. This is apparently happening with the other Office products as well. I haven't been able to find a resolution to this as yet and was hoping someone here may have run across this or may know how to get the 'accept' of the agreement to stick.

    Hi Broni,

Thanks for the reply. I had found that KB article but didn't think it applied. I misread the 'cause' and interpreted it as meaning the user didn't have admin rights. Now that I have read it again, it seems to fit, duh. That will teach me to slow down and read more thoroughly.

I haven't had the time to get by their house to try it yet, and their experience level is 'very' beginner so I don't want to try to walk them through it on the phone. I'll post back once I've tried it. Thanks again for the help.
