Repeat URGENT HELP PROGRAM CRASHING

    Further to my missing shortcut and inablility to run programs , slowly one by one all my programs desktop shortcut icons picture are changing and showing folder icon picture square with top blue border common for all , on clicking properties , general tab it displays c:\programfile\.....exe specified in target box is not valid make sure path and file name is correct. , this is for all program

    Help me as soon as possible
