Repair Fragmented Files

    Is there a way to repair fragmented files? If there is how is it done?

    Defrag the drive?
    Or did you mean corrupted files?

    From an Email Bill sent:

    They might be files in use...
    Rebooting might help.
    Can try defrag in safemode..
    I generally don't worry about these files.
