I have a Lenovo Y510 running Vista SP1. My son tried to install a HP photosmart 2710. What I ended up with is 23 entries of unknown devices in the device manager - all the HP 2710. I have disabled & "uninstalled" but they still appear when viewing "hidden ". Is there a way to remove these entries? I am not sure whether they are causing a spooler error. Really just want to clean them up.

Boot up in safe mode and try to delete them from the "hidden" view section.

Guessing that you have since unplugged the printer...
