    Do the following:

start > run > mmc.exe and click run

    Click Console > Add/remove snapin

    ClicK Add

Select Group Policy, click add, click finish.

    Click close.

    Click OK.

Expand Local Computer Policy > User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Control Panel > Display

Double click on Hide Screen Saver Tab and change it to "Enabled"

Click OK, and then close the MMC console window. If you have follow the instructions correctly then you will nolonger have a screen saver tab in the display settings.
