    Hi there..

I intend to replace Nortong Internet Security with Kaspersky..
Just wanted to know if it is enough to use add/remove programs or is there any other thing that needs to be done?

    Regards...

I would recommend using the CD it was installed from. Insert it and it will auto launch. A dialogue will appear and ask what you want to do. Completely remove is what you want.

If you have nothing else Norton or Symantec installed, in Windows Explorer, do a search for those two keywords and delete all folders that the search produces.

    Hi Andy,

After uninstalling, I recommend you download the Norton Removal Tool and run it to clean up any leftovers.

In the event that you can't uninstall it first, just run the removal tool.

    Reboot when complete.
