removing nero premium

    i am trying to re install and/or delete my friends nero7 premium yet the computer will not let medelete repair or install nero saying
    "cannot delete mfc71u.dll access is denied make sure the disc is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.
    i have disabled nero scout and changed all programes to open with media player and windows photo viewer for pics etc. so as far as i know nothing is now using nero. thank you all

    Nero 7 site states the following ....


    This suggest mfc71u.dll is NOT a Nero 7 file. See mfc71u.dll file information
