Removing All Programs and Files

I have an older computer windows 98 to give away or donate and simply wish to remove all the files and/or programs. Is there an easy way to do that other than the remove/uninstall etc?

Do you want to leave the OS on the PC and have the original 98 CD? If you have the CD run KillDisk to perform a low level format then reinstall the operating system. If you just want to blank the hard drive so no one can recover personal data use KillDisk.
