Removing "Advanced keylogger"

Hi,

I've tried few online spyware scanners and spybot.

Only Computer Associate online pestpatrol finds something called: "Advanced keylogger' which cannot be removed unless I buy their product.

Any other idea about removing it?

From what I can find about it, it's not really a virus. It's commercial monitoring software that either you or somebody else installed on the computer. The fact that it's commercial software (bought and paid for) is the reason most antivirus programs don't detect it. You can see what it's all about here. As you may know Virus programs are not the best at detecting keyloggers probably because they have yet to master detecting and removing spyware.To help you with finding and increasing your chances of removals, programs like Microsoft Anti-Spyware Beta, AdAwareSE and Spybot that can be downloaded for free are what I would suggest that you try...If you want to learn more about keyloggers, the following site will give you that info and it also has a keylogger remover...I have not used it so I can not recommend it but I can refer you to it: www.2-spyeare.com/keyloogers-removal
