   Hi All,
   
   I had a friend with this problem (White space in Add/Remove) and after much googling I came across a very small programme which did the job perfectly.It wasn't easy to find so I'll post the link for anyone with the same problem. As I said it did the job perfectly for me but you use it at your own risk, OK.
   RemoveWhitespaceFromAddRemovePrograms
