Have just noticed that when I click on Computer along the side of my DVD drive symbol has suddenly appeared 4 more symbols labeled Removable Disc (F) (G) (H) (K) what are they? where have they come from? how do I get rid of them?
They were not there 2/3 days ago
    Regards Mike Devon

Have you connected new hardware, such as a printer with an USB port and card readers (as Steve suggested)?

Another thought, in Windows Explorer ....

Under Tools > Folder Options > View is Hide empty drives unchecked? Would be easy to slip up here with the mouse when showing/not showing hidden files/folders :)
