Hi All, can you help me?

I thought i had a bit of knowledge about pc`s but this one is baffling me, i recently purchased a 4 port usb hub, Belkin basic usb1, i set that up okay and started adding the stuff to the ports, the printer is ok, but the mp3 player is causing me some trouble. Before i installed the hub, when i connected the mp3 player i had a removable mass storage device E: appear in my computer, now its not showing and i cannot access the mp3, it doesnt any need drivers and is showing as installed in device manager, installation went smoothly enough and the taskbar shows the device is connected.
    Any ideas guys.
    Thanks

    Hi, welcome to the BBS.

Try unistalling it in Device Manager. Hopefully Windows will detect it and install the drivers correctly when you reboot.
