Remote Procedure Call - Help!!!!

    All of a sudden I continually get the following error after being connected to the internet just a few minutes (hope it doesn't happen before I finish this)
    SYSTEM SHUTDOWN
    initialted by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
    Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service terminated unexpectedly
    HELP PLEASE
    NETCOMM USB modem
