    Is this a built in cam on a laptop or just a web cam?
    By looking on Google, looks like it is just a web cam. Did you get a disk with it? If so just use it. If it is an older web cam, it may not have drivers for Windows 7. I have a Magicvision web cam that I used on 98 and XP. When I contacted them, they had no intentions of doing a driver for Win. 7 and said I would have to buy a new one. I installed the Vista driver from them and it worked on Win 7. Not saying yours will.

    thank you webcam is build in to Laptop HP, I called Hp they solve the problem thank you .
