I downloaded this app because of slowing up of my computer. It supposedly found 630 errors and would only fix 20 with the trial version. Is this app worth the $30 asked for it:rolleyes:

There are probably a couple MILLION entries in the registry. Removing 15,000 wouldn't make any difference in performance.

Removing one entry too many can turn your pc into a boat anchor.

CCleaner and RegSeeker are two popular apps if you really really want to do this...

I was having somewhat the same problem.

I found that a general house cleaning and cutting down on things loaded at startup and/or running in the background also to be of a big/more help.

I have used RegSeeker for quite some time and have as yet to have a problem.

I also found that a Power Down-Restart of the machine and then run RegSeeker to be a big help.

But make sure BACKUP BEFORE DELETION down in the lower left of the screen is checked.
