refused connection

Hi, Some web sites i can't go when i clic the links i get this alert message : the connection was refused when attempting to contact www....and so on.I am running ad-aware is up to date ,spyware blaster is up to date, spy-boot is up to date, and ms-anti spyware up to date and i have sygate firewall, all these programs doesn't n detect any spywares.So what is the problem for stopping me to connect on those web sites....Thanks

Since you list yourself as a beginner, I'm assuming that you're using Internet Explorer as your browser. I use Firefox as my browser, and I have the same problem on some sites, so I don't think the problem lies with either of us. The problem could be bad coding on the sites in question but, hopefully, someone else may be able to provide an answer.
