I hope someone out there can help with my recycle bin problem.

A few weeks back i was renaming or moving or deleting a folder and got confused as to what i was doing..

Now everytime i empty my recycle bin i get an error message :-

Cannot remove folder:downloads - : Cannot find specified fileMake sure you specify the correct path or file name.

The file and path are gone ?
    I cant empty my bin.

Is there a registry setting i can do to clear this out the bin..
    SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

    Thanks in advance
    Steven
