Recovering lost admin. password?

    I've found a site that advertises a download program to recover a lost admin password which my neighbor lady has done. For $45 it makes a bootable cd or floppy or thumbdrive and presto!... resets the password.

    Have any of you experienced peeps heard of Window Key a part of digibuy etc? Is it legit?
