Recovering a deleted e-mail

    :confused: hello.....accidently deleted an e-mail that I never read but know It was sent.....I know there Is a way to look up that message.....please tell me how....thanks.......snookie28 :eek:

    Unless you have OE set up to empty the Deleted Items folder on exit it should be there :) On the other hand :( it's basically gone, unless you have/get some software to recover deleted files. The longer you leave it the more likely that the file has been overwritten.

    snookie28--Assuming you did not find that email in the Deleted Files folder, perhaps some help still possible

    Another possibility is if your email is web-based, you may be able to go to the email supplier's site and get the original if it is still on the server. Again time is important and it depends how many days you have set for the server to keep the email. (OE Tools|Accounts|Advanced tab.)
