Recommend an FTP program

    My ISP limits the time I spend on line in a single session to a max of 4 hrs off peak (dial up 56k).

    With the arrival of XP SP2 only a couple of months away I anticipate problems downloading it to disk - 150 odd meg?

    Can anybody recommend an FTP program, preferably FOC, which can resume downloads after a re-connect?

    FOC = Free Of Charge ?
