Recieve error on boot ups

Hi ... I was messing around with msconfig startup area and I was removing some of the programs from this list , Now I believe my error was cause by this , Though not really positive it was , I know my error has to do with my brother printer , This is the error I am getting ...

Brsvc01a.exe- Application Error

The instruction at "0x0012e824" referenced memory at "0x00000000" The memory could not be" writtenâ€.

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program


Can anyone suggest a fix for this ? Thanks

 

Suggest you uninstall the printer in control panel, reboot and see if windows can reinstall it. If not successful, you may have to remove the software that came with the printer and reinstall that.

You can remove everything in msconfig and do no harm. Actually that's what safe mode does, boot without running anything in msconfig.

 

You are correct. This indicates you need to update the drivers for your printer.

Hi ... Thanks for the help guys , I did end up correcting the problem, Or at least I believe its fix , I did do what Oshwyn5 second link suggest ...
