Someone who has your name in their address book on their computer has a virus that mass sends messages. These viruss do NOT put the real sender's name in the "FROM" line, they put names of people in the windows address book.

Now, when the destinition server sees that the "TO" is an invalid address, it rejects the message and send this rejection notice to the email address in the "FROM" line.

    Just delete the messages.

There are also messages that use this type of message with an attached virus to try and trick people into opening the message. Delete these as well.

    Yup. What TonyT said.

To further clarify a little, you are not sending the messages that bounce and it does not mean you are infected.

Just means that someone who has your address in their list is infected and doesn't know it.
