Using Windows 7 with Windows Live Mail. All E-Mails I send are received with multiple copies. Possibly 40 to 50 or more copies? Send an E-mail to myself and all is A-okay. Please advise. Thanks for your time

Does this happen to Everyone you send a mail to or just one person? If just one person - the issue could be on their end.

Appreciate your reply, Steve R. Jones. Happens to everyone. E-Mails with attachments cause the problem, multiple E- Mails. Mail with a few words are A-okay. Tech support from Road Runner Times Warner have failed to resolve the issue. Perhaps size of the E- Mail is an issue? Are there message rules? Hopefully BBS knows what the problem may be?

Outlook Express was good to me for ten years. Wish I could use it now?

    Have a wonderful day,
    Lis

    From RR FAQ section:

How large are the attachments that you're sending. Often time large mails will get stuck in the OutBox. Do you have any stuck there?

Appreciate your reply. Nothing stuck in the out box.
Time Warner Roadrunner tech. rep. supervisor had experienced this issue before.
Therefore, he directed me delete E-Mail account to include the master account name and password and re-enter new information. Issue resolved. Case closed.:)

Required three days for a supervisor to assist?[/COLOR]
