reading MDI files

    I've been having a problem saving Pagemaker files in PDF using several of the freebie as well as a trial of Adobe. However, I did find that could save those files in MDI format, which I had never seen before.

    After saving, clicking on it opens the file with Microsoft Office Data Imaging but I don't know where that app comes from. I'd like to tell others about it to whom I am sending it so that they can view it also:)

    Office 2003 for sure... maybe older versions too.
