In the past, I saved web pages and I had a html doc. and folder with elements of the page. Well when I try to open the page, the document seem to forget where folder with elements are? How can join them together so I can read the document.

Are the document and folders still in the same location together? Are the contents of the folder still there? It will contain the images that are visible in the document.

If your document is named index.htm then the folder should be named index files. Do the names coincide? Does the folder contain the images that should appear in the document?

No problem. What program are you opening the document with? Generally just opening an htm(l) document will use Internet Explorer, and whatever program you made the page with will open it if you right click and select Edit. Have you tried both, and what happens with each?
