is there a way i can read the dmp files so i can see what the reports say after my computer recovers from its serious error?.

below is the file path which i,m having trouble finding

    c:\docume~\soulma~1\locals~1\temp\wer6063.diroo\mini1020207-01.dmp

the folowing file is also listed \sysdata.xml

these are the files included in the report if i want to send to microsoft.

    thanks in advance
    keith

Takes an active windows programmer to analyze a dump. I'm retired and no longer do dumps. Please start a new thread and "include DUMP DATA in your title" as suggested in the reference.

It seems that you need to read this page and follow directions there first.http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/devtools/debugging/debugstart.mspx
Then re-run the downloaded rogram and post the dump in the new thread.
